WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 5 working days to process and ship your order.

* 1 to 4 days Express Free Shipping with Tracking Number 

 

- European Countries :

*5 to 10 days Express Free Shipping with Tracking Number

*Shipping to Norway cost extra €20 for customs

 

 - United States & Canada

*5 to 10 days Express Shipping, € 60 Shipping Cost

* Express Free Shipping Over € 400 with Tracking Number

 

- Rest of the World Global Shipping :

(Australia, Asia, Middle East etc.)

*7 to 15 days Express Shipping, € 60 Shipping Cost

* Express Free Shipping Over € 400 with Tracking Number

 

 *International Orders(Non EU Countries):

Please note that any International Import duties or Customs Charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing items.

If a delivery is rejected for any reason, including a Customs related issue, we will not pay for the goods to be returned to us and in most cases, the order will be destroyed by the courier. This would be considered as a fulfilled order, with a successful delivery having taken place. 

If for any reason the order is returned we will deduct any charges that we have incurred as a result of this return from your order value before issuing your refund. It is the customers responsibility to check the product they are ordering can be legally allowed to be imported into their country.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details when your order has been shipped. LEATHERFLO is not responsible for any unexpected delays of shipping since it's beyond our control. If you need any help with your shipping, contact us to info@leatherflo.com

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy (1st and 6th January, Easter Monday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November, 8th, 25th and 26th December).

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00. 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can then track it using "Track My Order" feature in your email.

If you have any problem with your tracking number, please contact us to info@leatherflo.com then we will help you as soon as we can.

We will inform you if the delivery time changes in case of festivals and holidays.

 

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you need to change your shipping or delivery information after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including the delivery address, cannot be changed if the order has already been shipped.

 

WHT SHOULD I DO IF THE PACKAGE IS UNDELIVABLE?

When a package is marked undelivered and returned to seller, the buyer is responsible for return shipping if we cannot recoup shipping costs.
